How we ship worldwide

Every piece is packed in custom protective crates, fully insured, and shipped from India by air freight for tables, panels, and smaller work, or by sea freight for large floors and wall installations. Smaller pieces typically arrive within a couple of weeks of completion; large projects are made in numbered sections and scheduled around your site.

We handle the export paperwork and coordinate with your courier or freight forwarder. Any import duty, VAT, or GST in the destination country is payable on arrival, and we share full documentation and final photographs of your piece for approval before it leaves Udaipur.

How does international shipping work?

Every piece is packed in custom insured crates and shipped by air freight for smaller work or sea freight for large floors and panels, with full documentation and photographs shared for your approval before dispatch.

Who handles customs and import duties?

We prepare and provide the full export documentation. Any import duty, VAT, or GST in the destination country is payable on arrival, and your courier or a customs broker handles clearance with the paperwork we supply.

Can a marble inlay floor be installed abroad?

Yes. Large floors and medallions are made in numbered sections that assemble cleanly on site, so your own local contractor can install them, and we provide the layout and guidance.

How do I pay from outside India?

We accept international bank transfer and other standard methods, usually with a deposit to begin and the balance before dispatch, all confirmed in writing with your quote.
