Shipping & export

How we ship to New York

Every piece is packed in custom protective crates, fully insured, and shipped from India to the United States — by air freight for tables, panels, and smaller work, or by sea freight to the New York and New Jersey ports for large floors and installations. Smaller pieces typically arrive within a couple of weeks of completion; large projects are made in numbered sections and scheduled.

We handle the export paperwork and work with your courier or customs broker for US clearance. Any US import duties are payable on arrival, and we share full photographs of your finished piece for approval before it leaves Udaipur.
